High frequency induction welded steel pipes

Pipes are manufactured according to the requirements of the following standards: PN-EN 10208-1, PN-EN 10208-2, PN-EN 10217-1/2/3, PN-EN-10219, API Spec 5L, ASTM A53.

Pipes are manufactured in diameter from range 114,3 mm to 406,4 mm, with plain or beveled ends. Pipes are supplied after hydrostatics tests and automatic non-destructive ultrasonic tests, in production lengths of 6-17,5 m.
   

 

Pipes are manufactured from non-alloy, low-alloy, commercial steel and special steel grades depending on the mechanical technical requirements and application.
Depending on the customer's needs pipes are supplied as: bare - without protection coating, or with external three external polyethylene (PE) anticorrosion coatings and with either internal cement or epoxy lining. Upon agreements pipes can be supplied with other anticorrosion protection e.g. galvanized pipes.
