Hollow sections


The hollow sections are manufactured applying, proven in "FERRUM" S.A., high frequency induction technology of the SMS Meer company, which for many years has been used for production of line and construction pipes.
"FERRUM" S.A. has got the "B", U and CE signs authorising to mark the manufactured hollow sections intended for building engineering in the whole European Union.

Square hollow sections are manufactured in the range from 90 x 90 to 300 x 300 and wall thicknesses from 3,0 to 12,5. 

 

  

 

Rectangular hollow sections are manufactured in the range from 100 x 80 to 320 x 200 and wall thicknesses from 3,0 to 12,5. The sections are offered in standard steel grades:
S235JRH;
S275J0H;
S275J2H;
S355J0H;
S355J2H;
S355K2H
and standard length 6 m and 12 m with length tolerance of -0/+50 mm.
Upon agreement, delivery of hollow sections in other length, from 6 m to 16 m is also possible.
The hollow sections manufactured by Ferrum S.A. are supplied with inspection certificate 3.1 or test report 2.2, according to EN 10204: 2005 standard.
