Longitudinally welded steel pipes
Pipes are manufactured according to the requirements of: PN-EN10219, PN-EN10217-1, PN-EN10217-5, PN-EN10208-1, PN-EN10217-3, PN-EN10224 standards.
Pipes are manufactured in diameter range from 559 mm to 2032 mm, with plain or beveled ends. Pipes in diameter from 559 to 914 mm are manufactured with one longitudinal welds and from diameter 1016 mm to 1620 mm with two welds, and above with three longitudinal welds. Line pipes in diameter from 559 mm to 1118 mm are hydrostatic tested under pressure up to 4,9 Mpa. Non-destructive tests of weld for pipes in diameters from 813 mm to 1620 mm are made continuously by radiological tests-on request.

Upon technical agreement, pipes can be supplied with different diameters and wall thicknesses that are given in the table, in outside diameters from 559 mm to 2032 mm, in production lengths of 5,2 - 8,2 m. Pipes are manufactured from killed, non-alloy, low-alloy, commercial steel and special steel grades.
Depending on the customer's need pipes are supplied as: either bare - without protection coating, or with external three layer polyethylene (PE) coatings (up to 1420 mm) and with internal cement or epoxy linings. Upon agreement pipes can be supplied with other anticorrosion protection.
