Spirally welded steel pipes

Pipes are manufactured according to the requirements of the following standards:  PN-EN 10208-1, PN-EN 10208-2, PN-EN 10217-1/5, PN-EN 10224, PN-EN-10219, API Spec 5L standards.

Pipes are manufactured in diameter range from 323,9 mm to 1220 mm, with plain or beveled ends. Pipes are supplied after hydrostatic tests and depending upon of requests: automatic non-destructive ultrasonic tests and/or X-ray test (pipelines).
Upon technical agreement, pipes can be supplied with different diameters and wall thicknesses that are given in the table. Production length min. 4 m - max. 14,2 m.
Pipes are manufactured from killed, non-alloy, low-alloy, commercial steel and special steel grades depending on the demand, mechanical and technical properties and application.
    

  

 

Depending on the customer's needs pipes are supplied as: bare - either without protection coating or with external three-layer polyethylene (PE) anticorrosion coating and with either internal cement or epoxy linings. Upon agreement pipes can be supplied with other anticorrosion protection systems.
